Rollers and Wheels are refurbished by removal of damaged bonded material, surface preparation includes sandblasting and coating with a bonding agent prior to re-bonding with the required polymer in a moulding process; final dimensions are achieved by machining and polishing.
Complete new Rollers and Wheels are also manufactured from Nylon, Steel or Stainless Steel before bonding with a Polymer.
